Marco Farah is a Partner at Serrano, Farah Law. He has been licensed to practice law in Florida since May 29, 2012. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of Florida in 2008 where he earned his Bachelor’s degree. Thereafter, he earned his Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School where he graduated with a B+ Average and was a Presidential Merit Scholar. He completed his first internship at the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration & Customs division responsible for preparing case files for administrative Hearings, presenting relevant documents to prove charges against alien removal proceedings, writing prosecution memoranda for alleged human rights violators, and participating in a Venezuelan Asylum Fraud Committee during the Hugo Chavez regime.
Prior to joining Serrano, Farah Law, Marco Farah served as an Assistant State Attorney for the Economic Crimes unit at the Office of the State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit. He chaired over 50 criminal trials and successfully litigated two appeals.
