Ariana has represented our family through some very difficult circumstances, beginning with my mother’s probate and my father’s guardianship. I had already been extremely impressed with her professionalism and organization, and what Ariana and Arlene did for our family during the recent sale of my parents’ home only increased the respect and trust I have for them.Our closing was scheduled for a Wednesday, and unfortunately my father, who had advanced dementia, passed away just three days before. Everything suddenly had to go through probate, the closing had to be postponed twice, and we came very close to losing the buyers.There was an incredible amount of work required to resolve the issues with my parents’ property and get us to closing. Ariana and Arlene worked tirelessly together. Arlene did an outstanding job coordinating everything and keeping us informed and reassured throughout the process.
