Attorney Ariana Beingolea is a Junior Associate at Serrano Farah Law LP, where she focuses on probate, guardianship, wills and trusts, and real estate law. She is a dedicated and accomplished legal professional with a strong academic foundation and diverse experience across both public and private sectors. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Florida International University in August 2021, graduating Magna Cum Laude and earning a Certificate in Pre-Law Studies.
She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law, graduating Cum Laude. While in law school, she was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Wills & Trusts, and earned several scholarships, including the Hispanic National Bar Association General VIA Scholarship and the Judge Peter Palermo Endowed Scholarship, awarded to students who exemplify civility, ethics, and professionalism.
During law school, she served as President of the Hispanic American Law Student Association and was an active member of several organizations, including the Public Interest Law Society, Phi Alpha Delta, and the St. Thomas More Catholic Law Society.
In 2023, she was named a Business Law Scholar by the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar. Her legal experience includes a summer internship with the Miami-Dade School Board Attorney’s Office, and over two years as a law clerk at Wahid, Vizcaino, Geller, where she worked on civil litigation in Florida and New York, federal civil litigation, and select federal criminal cases.
Ariana Beingolea is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, she brings a multicultural lens and strong interpersonal skills to our legal practice.
